Front line leadership position responsible for leading the day-to-day operations of the Team, including performing any job tasks that you are certified in within our Development Structure. Additionally, would be seen as a role model/example for others to follow in SQDC and the Elements of Success.

Essential Functions:
- Lead others through setting example in SQDC and EOS
- Subject Matter Experts (SMEs) in production floor processes and procedures on Classic and Stainless lines.
- Works with the shift’s Leadership group (Team Leads, Production Supervisors and Production Technical Trainers)
- Set Team line ups to achieve the best outcomes
- Work with Team Lead and Trainers for employee development, issues, and performance.
- Float the line, participating where needed
- Evaluate bottlenecks and work to eliminate them
- Understand and follow standard operating procedures and quality guidelines for assigned position.
- Read, understand, and perform job according to production traveler.
- Utilize computer equipment as required to perform job assignment
- Responsible for team performance (CPH, Defects, and Inspection rates.)
- Inspect and maintain quality of product.
- Maintain records and production data as required.
- Maintain clean and safe work area and follow safety practices and procedures.
- Record/report material, production, or equipment problems.
- Communicate with other staff and shifts as required.
- Actively support and participate in the continuous improvement process, 4dx process, facilitate change etc...
- Work with team to identify and implement improvements to the production line concerning CPH, Defects and Inspection Rates.

Experience and Skills:

- Pay rate $18-$19 per hour
- Schedule 6am-2:30pm M-F
- Trained and experienced in all the main functions within the production operation (Classic, Stainless and Support)
