What you’ll do?
- Inspects all equipment and filters on exhaust fans prior to every shift to ensure everything is in good working order and nothing needs to be replaced. Resolve any mechanical issues.
- Mix the paint with the correct amount of water (if diluting the paint) and fill the paint bucket.
- Wear the required personal protection equipment (PPE)
- Align the turntable with the inbound conveyor, activate and release the foot switch to allow a stack of pallets into the paint booth.
- Paint a stack of pallets by using the proper equipment and using the correct amount of paint.
- Push painted and/or stenciled pallets on the conveyor to designated areas.
- Stencils stacks of pallets on front and back sides.
- Clean the paint gun and bucket at the end of the shift.
Hours & Pay:
Monday - Thursday
5am- 3pm
Pay rate- $18.00
Duties Include:
- Ability of standing and walking for extended periods of time (at least 2 hours straight, four times in an 8-hour day).
- Able to twist, bend, stoop, squat, reach above shoulder level and crouch on a frequent basis.
- Able to use hands and feet simultaneously and perform repetitive movements.
- Ability to lift up to 100 pounds as needed.
- Specific vision abilities required by this job include close vision, distance vision, peripheral vision and depth perception.
- Must be 18 years old
- Basic tool knowledge is a plus
