What you'll do?
Implementation of Serialization activities into regular Service Center Operations, and continual monitoring of Serialization metrics.
Hours: 10:00 AM – 8:00 PM
Monday-Friday
Duties Include:
- Ensure all Serialization plant activity complies with expectations set by the Plant Manager.
- Ensure all serialization KPIs are monitored and delivered.
- Manage tracking and reporting of Serialization KPIs, working within the BRIX and FMS systems.
- Ensure the consistent execution of all SOPs throughout the Plant by the PMS Commercial Organization, Global Supply Chain
- Ensure all staff on site are informed, engaged, and trained to meet all the Serialization requirements. Communications to the plant and wider Serialization team are communicated effectively.
- All trials for Serialization are organized and delivered successfully.
- Identify Lean opportunities to effectively eliminate waste
- In partnership with the Assistant Plant Manager, provide leadership to Plant staff to effectively recruit, train, develop, evaluate, motivate, delegate, and monitor their activities.
- Threats and opportunities are proactively identified and managed effectively.
- Support plant administration to ensure compliance with established policies.
Experience:
- Demonstrated leadership skills including communication, collaboration, active listening, and conflict management.
- Microsoft Office specifically Excel skills
- Ability to manage people and motivate a team.
