Key Responsibilities:

- Estimate Materials and Labor: Determine material requirements, labor needs, and production timelines to generate accurate project estimates.
- Collaborate Across Teams: Work closely with internal teams, including production, planning, and procurement, to ensure alignment on project goals and resource allocation.
- Vendor Interaction: Partner with procurement teams and external vendors to gather current pricing and availability data.

Requirements:
- Education: Degree in engineering, manufacturing, or a related field is preferred, but not required.
- Experience: Solid understanding of manufacturing environments—especially welding processes—and estimating practices.
- Technical Skills: Proficient in Microsoft Office; experience with estimating or ERP software is a plus.
- Communication: Strong verbal and written communication skills; ability to work across departments.
- Detail-Oriented: Able to read and interpret complex technical drawings with a focus on precision and accuracy.
