Project Manager - Capital Equipment Projects

Summary :
We’re looking for a Project Manager with a background managing engineering and manufacturing projects involving capital equipment and systems. As a Project Manager, you’ll be responsible for overseeing projects from initiation to completion. You’ll lead cross-functional teams, manage schedules and budgets, and ensure client satisfaction.
Duties / Responsibilities :
Manage all aspects of project execution, including commercial and administrative requirements.
Lead and coordinate engineering, design, and fabrication activities to meet deadlines and budgets.
Collaborate with internal teams and external stakeholders to ensure smooth project progression.
Review and interpret project specifications, ensuring compliance with industry standards and regulations.
Oversee cost control, forecasting, scheduling, and change management processes.
Provide technical support and resolve project challenges.
Develop and approve material requisitions and vendor selections.
Qualifications :
Bachelor’s degree (B.S.) in Engineering preferred, with a Master’s (M.S. or M.A.) as a plus.
Equivalent combinations of education and experience will also be considered.
5 years of hands-on project management experience.
Strong background in industrial fabrication, construction, or engineering disciplines.
Familiarity with industry standards such as ASME, B31, AISC, ASTM, AWS, and OSHA.
Experience in cryogenic gas processing or similar industries is a plus.

Proven ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
Strong leadership, problem-solving, and organizational skills.
Exceptional communication and interpersonal abilities.
Proficient in project management tools like Primavera P6, MS Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and more.
Customer-focused with excellent conflict resolution skills.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
