As an for our Automotive business unit, you will be a key part of an innovative and forward thinking Global Automotive Team, driving the strategic development and market success of the EV product portfolio from Sparta. You will be responsible for managing the product lifecycle, identifying growth opportunities, and aligning cross-functional teams to deliver innovative solutions for the evolving EV market.
What you will do:
- Define and execute the global EV assortment strategy in alignment with market trends and customer needs.
- Act as the interface between our plant in Sparta and global automotive stakeholders, ensuring seamless integration of products into the portfolio.
- Collaborate with R&D, sales, and marketing to drive new product development and market launches.
- Manage the product lifecycle, from concept to commercialization, ensuring profitability and competitive positioning.
- Work closely with regional teams to ensure global alignment while adapting to local market demands.
- Build and maintain relationships with key OEMs, Tier 1 suppliers, and industry partners to identify business opportunities.
- Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and customer feedback to refine product strategies.
What you will need:
- Bachelor's or Master’s degree in Business, Engineering, or related field.
- Proven experience in product management within the automotive industry, ideally in the EV sector.
- International experience and ability to work in a global, cross-functional environment.
- Excellent strategic thinking, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
- Ability to drive projects with a results-oriented mindset and a strong business acumen.
