We are looking for a proactive and detail-oriented Marketing Operations Specialist to join our team. In this role, you will support key marketing functions, with a focus on operations and digital marketing activities. From managing content on tesaPRO to scheduling social media posts, you will play a pivotal role in maintaining efficiency and strengthening our digital presence. What you will do:
tesaPRO Platform Management:
- Serve as the primary CMS user, maintaining and optimizing the platform's front-end interface.
- Ensure platform content is relevant, up-to-date, and aligned with customer needs.
- Manage and update PIM data to ensure accurate and consistent product information.
- Partner with inside sales to collect feedback and identify areas for platform improvement.
- Track and analyze platform performance, ensuring key KPIs are met.
Digital Marketing and Operations Support:
- Assist in the scheduling of social media posts to grow our online presence and engagement.
- Update and maintain the company intranet to keep employees informed and connected.
- Support other digital marketing initiatives, such as email campaigns, website updates, and analytics reporting.
- General marketing operations support as needed, including lead management.
- Other duties as assigned.
What you will need:
- A Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field.
- Minimum 2-3 years of marketing experience.
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
- Experience with CMS, PIM, CRM, SAP, and/or digital tools.
- Knowledge about social media platforms and scheduling tools.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with attention to detail and creativity.
- Analytical mindset to measure performance and suggest data-driven improvements.
- A team-oriented attitude with a proactive and resourceful approach to challenges.
- A passion for marketing and a desire to contribute to a dynamic and growing team.
