Requirements:
- Mechanical aptitude and problem-solving skills.
- A stable work history, as training takes 3-6 months on all machines.
- Above-average pay based on job-related experience and multiple job levels to achieve through skill development.
- Skill-based pay increases when new skills are acquired.
- Quarterly bonus up to 12% of gross earnings per quarter, available from day one.
