The Global Key Account Manager will oversee and expand key accounts worldwide, fostering strong relationships and driving business growth. This role involves collaborating closely with customers to understand their requirements and delivering tailored solutions that exceed expectations. Additionally, this person will coordinate with internal teams to ensure timely delivery of high-quality products and services.
What you will do:
- Develop and execute strategic global key account plans to achieve sales targets and growth objectives
- Build and maintain strong relationships with key decision makers at customer organizations
- Explore new business opportunities and develop strategies to secure and expand new partnerships
- Identify new design and innovation trends and forward to the appropriate market segment manager for consideration in the market segment plan
- Work closely with internal teams to ensure that products and services are delivered on time and to the highest quality standards
- Provide regular updates to senior management on account performance and market trends
- Lead and develop a team to success
What you will need:
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Industrial Engineering or related field (Master’s degree preferred)
- 7 years of Key Account experience with 3 years of Global Key Account management (preferred)
- Proven track record of success in managing global key accounts, as well as excellent communication, negotiation, and problem-solving skills
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple projects and priorities at the same time
