Our operators are trained to use tools for set-up, changeovers and troubleshooting, while running different products each with unique characteristics to adapt the machine to. - Individuals who have mechanical aptitude and the ability to solve problems while thinking outside the box.
- Stable work history - training takes 3 - 6 months on all our machines (no one comes here knowing how to make tape, so we will train you to make products for cars, appliances, construction, overnight mail envelopes, and much more).
- Above average pay - we pay new hires based on job related experience and there are multiple job levels to achieve through gaining new skills.
- Skill-based pay - when you gain new skills by learning a new machine, your pay rate is increased.
