Who/what are we looking for?
- Individuals who have mechanical aptitude and the ability to solve problems while thinking outside the box.
- Stable work history - training takes 3 - 6 months on all our machines (no one comes here knowing how to make tape, so we will train you to make products for cars, appliances, construction, overnight mail envelopes, and much more).
- Above average pay - we pay new hires based on job related experience and there are multiple job levels to achieve through gaining new skills.
- Skill-based pay - when you gain new skills by learning a new machine, your pay rate is increased.
- Quarterly bonus – up to 12% of gross earnings per quarter and new employees are eligible from day 1. It has never been missed, even during COVID.
- Merit increase - annual performance reviews with potential increases, too.
- Education assistance - tuition reimbursement for tesa or manufacturing-related classes.
- Opportunity for OT - when you sign up and work OT, it increases your quarterly bonus.
- Profit sharing 401(k) bonus - tesa contributes up to 7% of gross annual earnings to eligible employees' 401(k) in addition to the 50% match up to 6%. That means, if you put in 6%, you get 10% more from tesa, subject to plan rules.
