Essential Functions:
- Maintain first few weeks in Company Production Schedule
- 4 Unassigned
- 3 Engineering
- 2 OFA
- 1 Need Release
- Work closely to support Project Management.
- Delivery Dates
- Requirements for professional services departmental work elements
- On projects with no PM assigned:
- Interact with customers to ensure project deliver times are meet
- oLead huddles for projects with no PM
- Work schedule of projects with no PM assigned
- Be “go-to person” with schedule related questions – Engineering, OFA, Needs Release
- Expedite fast track projects through the process – Engineering, OFA, Needs Release
- Preform all other duties assigned
Demonstrated Skills:
- Must be organized and highly motivated and able to manage multiple priorities in a pressurized and fast moving environment
- Must be able to work efficiently with minimum direction
- Must be team oriented and enjoy working in a challenging environment
- Basic design knowledge of electrical systems
- Understanding of manufacturing throughput, including planning activities
Education and Knowledge
- High school diploma or general education degree (GED)
- Extensive knowledge of Microsoft Suite
- Understanding of manufacturing workflow, including planning activities.
- Some formal education in Electrical Engineering or Mechanical Engineering is a plus
Experience:
- Ability to work in a fast-paced manufacturing environment
Training Requirements:
- Tesco Controls, Inc. general safety requirement training
Physical Demands:
- Light physical effort equal to frequent lifting or moving of lightweight materials
- Regularly required to sit or stand, bend and reach
Work Environment:
- Work performed in an office environment
- Work performed in production/ manufacturing environment
- Required to travel
