Summary
As a Retail Associate at TESCO, Inc., you will be an essential part of our team, ensuring excellent customer service and efficient store operations. This role is vital in maintaining our commitment to quality and customer satisfaction.

Responsibilities

• Assist customers with their shopping needs and provide product information.
• Operate cash registers and handle cash transactions accurately.
• Maintain stock levels on shelves and ensure proper product placement.
• Support upselling initiatives to enhance customer purchases.
• Communicate effectively with team members to ensure smooth operations.
• Supervise junior staff members and assist in training as needed.
• Perform basic math calculations for transactions and inventory management.

Qualifications

• Proven experience in retail sales or customer service roles.
• Familiarity with cash handling procedures and operating cash registers.
• Strong communication skills to interact with customers and team members effectively.
• Ability to manage stock levels and maintain organized displays.
• Basic math skills for accurate transaction processing.
• Experience with POS systems is preferred but not required.
• Supervisory experience is a plus but not mandatory.

Availability

• Monday, Wednesday, Thursday: 4:30 PM - 8:30 PM
• Saturday, Sunday: 10:30 AM - 1:30 PM and 4:30 PM - 8:00 PM
• Availability until May 1.
