We are seeking a Supervisor to join our team at TESCO, Inc. This role is essential in overseeing cleaning operations, ensuring compliance with safety regulations, and maintaining high standards of cleanliness across all assigned facilities. Responsibilities
- Supervise daily cleaning operations and manage a team of custodial staff.
- Ensure compliance with OSHA regulations and company safety standards.
- Conduct regular inspections of facilities to maintain cleanliness and sanitation.
- Train staff on proper cleaning techniques and equipment usage.
- Manage inventory of cleaning supplies and equipment.
- Develop schedules for staff to ensure adequate coverage during peak times.
- Address any issues or concerns raised by clients or staff promptly.
Requirements
- Proven experience in a supervisory role within the cleaning or environmental services industry.
- Strong knowledge of OSHA regulations and safety practices.
- Excellent communication and leadership skills.
