TESCO, Inc. in Brockton, MA is looking for food tray assembly coordinator to join our team. We are located in Brockton, MA Our ideal candidate is attentive, punctual, and reliable.
Pay - $17.50 - $18.00 per hour
6:30am to 6:30pm
Responsibilities-
Receives the hot or cold entrée/side items from Cook team member and matches it to the correct Expeditor ticket
Adds menu items to the tray, as assigned
Maintains quality assurance and accuracy on all patient food trays, standardizing the location of all items placed on tray.
Consistently monitors the Hot Food production in order to keep the hot food flow consistent
Coordinates the work flow with the Cooks and the Tray Assembly area by continuous awareness and communication.
Informs the Supervisor of any special situations that a diet order requires
Maintains a clean and efficient workstation
Performs other duties as requested
Qualifications-
High school or vocational school graduate preferred, some college preferred.
- 1-2 years of food service experience preferred.
- Knowledge of food service kitchens, including standards of safety and cleanliness.
- Demonstrates strong communication skills, including the ability to read and understand English.
- Ability to follow through on instructions
