Pay - 14/hour
Schedule
3:00 PM - 9:30 PM (Saturday & Sunday)
Responsibilities
- Prepare a variety of fresh salads according to established recipes and presentation standards.
- Ensure all ingredients are properly washed, chopped, and stored to maintain freshness.
- Adhere to food safety guidelines and sanitation practices at all times.
- Collaborate with kitchen staff to ensure timely preparation of salads for service.
- Assist in inventory management by monitoring stock levels of salad ingredients.
- Participate in training sessions on food safety and culinary techniques as needed.
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the salad prep area throughout shifts.
Qualifications
- Experience in food preparation or culinary roles preferred.
- Strong knowledge of food safety practices and sanitation standards.
- Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced kitchen environment.
- Basic cooking skills with an understanding of salad preparation techniques.
- Excellent organizational skills with attention to detail.
- Ability to work collaboratively as part of a team.
