Environmental Services Supply Technician

Tesco Staffing in Worcester, MA is looking for one environmental services supply technician to join our strong team. Our ideal candidate is self-driven, motivated, and engaged.

Responsibilities

* Inventory Management: Monitor stock levels of all cleaning supplies in designated closets (e.g., Housekeeping, EVS). *Identify and report any low or out-of-stock items. *Ensure accurate inventory records are maintained. *Participate in periodic inventory audits. *Supply Distribution: *Replenish cleaning supplies in closets and designated areas throughout the facility. *Ensure proper storage and handling of all cleaning chemicals. *Adhere to all safety protocols related to chemical handling and storage. *Quality Control: *Inspect cleaning supplies for quality and expiration dates. *Remove and dispose of expired or damaged supplies properly. *Ensure that only approved cleaning solutions (e.g., MADAMA) are used. *Infection Control: *Adhere to all infection control protocols and procedures. *Ensure proper cleaning and disinfection of all equipment and work areas. *Utilize personal protective equipment (PPE) as required. *Communication and Collaboration: *Communicate effectively with supervisors, coworkers, and other departments. *Report any maintenance or repair issues related to supply storage areas. *Participate in team meetings and training sessions. *Perform other duties as assigned by the supervisor.

Qualifications

*High School Diploma or equivalent. *Experience in a healthcare or hospitality setting preferred. *Knowledge of basic inventory management principles. *Ability to lift and carry heavy objects up to 40lbs. *Strong attention to detail and organizational skills. *Ability to stand, walk, bend, and lift for extended periods. *Ability to follow written and verbal instructions.

Available shifts and compensation: Available shifts all days except Sundays and Saturdays. Compensation is $18.00 - $18.50/hour.
