Role Description
This is a contract hybrid role for a Psychiatrist. The Psychiatrist will be responsible for providing psychiatric care and treatment to adolescent patients. The role will involve conducting psychiatric evaluations, diagnosing and treating mental health disorders, and providing ongoing medication management and therapy. The Psychiatrist will be based in Houston, TX, with flexibility for some remote work.
Qualifications
- Medicine and Psychiatry skills
- Experience in providing psychiatric care to adolescents
- Knowledge of mental health disorders and treatment options
- Strong diagnostic and therapeutic skills
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a multidisciplinary team
- Experience in telepsychiatry is a plus
- Board certification in Psychiatry is required
