Job Description
Tesis USA LLC., is hiring candidates for a Junior Human Resources position in New Caney, TX with the following knowledge and abilities:
- Bachelor / Professional Degree complete- Previous Administrative experience- Ability to travel to the client’s facilities.
- Proactivity and organization is mandatory.
- Previous experience as an HR generalist or recruiter is desired. Freshman, recently graduated or finishing degree professionals are accepted and will receive training.
- Good English communication skills are a must (speaking, writing and reading).
- Spanish Communication Skills are recommended and desired for this position.
- Self-motivation and proactive behavior is required.

- Responsibilities & Duties:
- Employee time sheet control, employee absences review, and report of employee monthly hours to the company accounting dept.
- Payroll support.
- Document control for new hiring, employee documentation update, or closures.
- Employee benefits tracking and control.
- Hiring support.
- Recruitment process (the company will provide training).
