Responsibilities
- Respond to customer inquiries via phone, email, and in-person, providing accurate and helpful information.
- Process and resolve customer complaints and issues in a timely and satisfactory manner.
- Collaborate with other departments to address and resolve customer concerns.
- Assist customers in completing orders for wellness services.
- Provide detailed information about wellness programs, packages, and offerings.
- Maintain a positive and empathetic attitude when dealing with customer concerns.
- Keep accurate records of customer interactions and transactions.
- Collaborate with the sales and marketing team to promote wellness services and products.
- Stay updated on wellness center policies, services, and promotions.
- Perform other job-related duties as assigned.
