The Infrastructure Operations, Sr. Business Intelligence Analyst plays a pivotal role in designing, developing, and maintaining critical dashboards that monitor team and individual performance, as well as key infrastructure metrics. This role involves conducting in-depth analyses and presenting actionable insights to Tesla leadership to inform strategic decision-making. Additionally, the analyst will contribute to the management and enhancement of the internal location and project management tool hosted on Microsoft Power Apps, driving operational efficiency and innovation within the organization.
What You’ll Do
- Develop and maintain dashboards in Tableau and Microsoft Power BI
- Assist in the development of our internal project and location management tool in Microsoft Power Apps
- Partner with team members to ensure all Infrastructure data is tracked accurately on an ongoing basis
- Analyze dashboards, summarize findings, and present to Tesla leadership
- Track critical data fields associated with Tesla Real Estate and provide timely reports to global business partners related to those fields
- Create location specific reports for various stakeholders in a timely manner
- Drive initiatives to expand the accuracy of portfolio data

Expected Compensation
80,000 - $150,000 / annual salary cash and stock awards benefits
Pay offered may vary depending on multiple individualized factors, including market location, job-related knowledge, skills, and experience. The total compensation package for this position may also include other elements dependent on the position offered.
