Business/Budget Analyst IV
Requirements:
a. Master of Science (MS) or Master of Arts (MA) degree
b. Experience reviewing, analyzing, and evaluating business systems and user needs
c. Ability to formulate systems to parallel overall business strategies
d. Experience writing detailed description of user needs, program functions, and steps required to develop or modify computer programs
e. Familiar with related computer software/programs used to perform job functions
f. Experience and judgment to plan and accomplish goals
g. Experience working with management to develop the organization's budget
h. Ability to review budget proposals for completeness, accuracy, and compliance with laws and other regulations
i. Experience with reviewing and monitoring various financial reports to ensure accurate spending
j. Able to estimate future financial needs
k. Experience monitoring organizational spending to ensure that it is within budget
l. Comfortable performing a variety of complicated tasks
m. May lead and direct the work of others.
n. Minimum of 10 years experience within business / office administration
o. Ability to pass a Tier 1 (Formerly NACI or level 1) U.S. government background investigation

p. Proficient in developing meeting minutes
q. Excellent written and oral communication skills
r. Experience developing delivery schedules
s. Ability to identify critical path, schedule float, and task dependencies
t. Experience gathering completion status across multiple tasks from various stakeholders
u. Familiar with Smartsheet, Google Workplace, and Microsoft 365 Office
