- Maintaining and troubleshooting various types of electrical components
- Uses complex electrical schematics and blueprints
- Consulting manuals, reading and interpreting diagrams, blueprints, and schematics
- Performs a wide variety of job scopes (Installing modules, racking and any other required tasks assign to him/her)
- Displays positive attitudes and practices good work ethics that reflects the mission, philosophy, and goals of the company
- Complete tasks in a timely manner and provide feedback
- Must be extremely coachable!
- Must be a Registered Trainee with the DIR or willing and able to register and enroll in a state approved trainee course (WECA)
- Knowledge of basic electrical theory and Ohms law
- Must have 1-4 years of electrical experience
- Knowledge in using hand tools, electrical meter, and testing equipment
- Able to size conductors, conduits and using NEC Code Book
- Experience working with 120/208, 480/277 VAC.
- Ability to interpret electrical prints and schematics
- Ability to install electrical equipment
- Ability to produce parts lists and work plans based off drawings or field walks and routing
- Ability to produce as-built drawing for work performed
- Ability to test and commission all work per Tesla procedures
- Ability to complete job scopes outside of normal core competencies as required
- Strong working knowledge of job site safety with the ability to thoroughly evaluate job hazards and complete pre-work task planning with an emphasis on identifying electrical hazards and proper safety procedures
- Able to lift 40 lbs
- Ability to work in high elevation up to 80 ft. high Must have strong interpersonal skills, along with the ability to interact with all levels of management; must have a high degree of initiative, and the ability to work alone and effectively with other people
- OSHA10 or 30, CPR A plus
- Reach Fork, Boom Lift, manlift, warehouse forklift Certs a plus

$19.46 - $49.13/hour cash and stock awards benefits
Pay offered may vary depending on multiple individualized factors, including market location, job-related knowledge, skills, and experience. The total compensation package for this position may also include other elements dependent on the position offered.
