What are the responsibilities and job description for the Internship, Program Specialist, Sales & Delivery (Summer 2025) position at Tesla Motors?
This position is expected to start around May 2025 and continue through the Summer term (approximately August 2025) or into Fall 2025 if available and there is an opportunity to do so. We ask for a minimum of 12 weeks, full-time and on-site, for most internships. Our internship program is for students who are actively enrolled in an academic program. Recent graduates seeking employment after graduation and not returning to school should apply for full-time positions, not internships.
International Students : If your work authorization is through CPT, please consult your school on your ability to work 40 hours per week before applying. You must be able to work 40 hours per week in-person. Many students will be limited to part-time during the academic year.
Business Development team. In this role you will support in the development, implementation and execution of items that aid in strategic program planning and campaign development. Here you will assist the Program Manager in developing program resources and systems to support key sales objectives and market growth. Through online and offline campaigns and onsite and offsite programs, you will directly impact the company's revenue goals. The position reports to the Program Manager and is based in North America.
Location : can be at any Tesla Site in North America
Responsibilities
- Assist in the administrative support of North America programs intended to generate new leads and accelerate the sales cycle
- Aid in program / campaign calendar planning and maintenance of events
- Assist in the development and maintenance of available content for various programs
- Support in the creation of digital assets for programs and field sales teams as needed
- Assist with asset management; sourcing, delivery, and organization as needed
- Support in the development of field sales program resources and management; playbooks, request forms, available content or assets libraries, etc.
- Working with national partners to gather information and coordinate as needed
- Event and program success tracking and ROI
- Work cross-functionally with other business team members; analytics, web, fleet, etc.

19.41 - $31.97 benefits
Pay offered may vary depending on multiple individualized factors, including market location, job-related knowledge, skills, and experience. The total compensation package for this position may also include other elements dependent on the position offered. Details of participation in these benefit plans will be provided if an employee receives an offer of employment.
