Regional Network Manager, Tesla Approved Collision Center

Tesla Collision is looking for a Regional Network Manager to work on one of the most progressive vehicle brands in the world. This position will involve supporting all aspects of its Approved Collision Center Program. This position must be based out of a Tesla Collision Center and travel is expected 25% of the time. In person visits to our Tesla Approved Collision Centers is a must. Responsibilities

• Manage the performance of Tesla Approved Collision Centers in your region, while reviewing their compliance and traveling & visiting the collision centers
• Locate and onboard high quality body shops in our markets of need, expand and identify new markets for the Tesla Approved Collision Center network to scale with vehicle growth
• Advocate on behalf of Tesla customers to expedite the collision repair and return the vehicle to its originally engineered state of safety, performance, and aesthetics in the most economical manner
• Rapid communication to all partners internal and external is a must
• Ability and willingness to perform as a team member on multiple projects simultaneously and work effectively in a fast-paced, dynamic team environment with high expectations for quality
• Identify areas of opportunity of internal / external processes and interact cross functionally with departments to work toward continuous improvements. This includes standardizing processes / procedures, improve resource management, and developing operational Key Performance Indicators and reporting

Expected Compensation

72,000 - $108,000 / annual salary cash and stock awards benefits

Pay offered may vary depending on multiple individualized factors, including market location, job-related knowledge, skills, and experience. The total compensation package for this position may also include other elements dependent on the position offered. Details of participation in these benefit plans will be provided if an employee receives an offer of employment.
