We are looking for a highly skilled and self-motivated Senior Software Engineer to join our Information Security team in a fast-paced, dynamic environment. The role requires expertise in processing large amount of data using apache airflow, apache spark or similar other open-source frameworks, with experience in building and optimizing ETL pipelines for large-scale, sensitive datasets. Proficiency in secure REST API development using Python or Java and hands-on experience with DevOps methodologies is essential.

Responsibilities
- Architect and maintain secure, scalable ETL pipelines to process high-volume
- Implement efficient data ingestion, transformation, and storage processes using Apache Airflow, Apache Spark, or equivalent frameworks
- Implement robust failure recovery mechanisms and alerting for pipeline reliability
- Optimize Spark jobs for low latency and high throughput in processing data
- Design, develop, and maintain secure and scalable REST APIs using Python frameworks (e.g., Flask, Fast API) or Java frameworks (e.g., Spring Boot)
- Work in a DevOps-driven environment, implementing CI/CD pipelines for ETL workflows and API deployments
Requirements
- 5 years industry experience in software engineering, with a minimum of 2 years handling large scale data
- Proficient in at least two general programming language such as Python and Java
- Proven expertise in architecting data pipelines
- Hands-on mastery of apache spark, airflow, apache Iceberg/ delta lake
- Hands-on mastery in REST API development using technologies like spring boot or fast hands-on mastery in DevOps & CI/CD
