Responsibilities
- Bring production part physical flows to the system by setting up & configuring Tesla's WMS, from Receiving & Warehouse up to Shipping & Lineside deliveries
- Enhance Tesla's suppliers' operations by implementing new modules of Tesla's ERP
- Conduct Root Cause Analysis and recommend corrective actions for software/system issues impacting day-to-day operations
- Automate our production parts material flow and inventory tracking by designing new system features. From design and development up to QA & Release
- Be the middleman between the Production Control Organization and the Software team for any systems related topics
- Act as Subject Matter Expert regarding Systems Flows and train the trainer to spread best practices throughout the organization
- Ensure smooth material flow by building impactful dashboards to drive Operations & Management decisions
Requirements
- Bachelor's Degree in Industrial Engineering, Manufacturing Engineering, Data Engineering or equivalent experience
- Experience with ERP & WMS systems in a production environment (SAP, other examples)
- Strong knowledge of SQL
- Experience with one data visualization tool (Tableau, Power BI, QlikView)
- 1-2 years of cross-functional project leadership experience
- 3 years of related professional experience in manufacturing, preferably in process, systems or data engineering
