Position Overview:
We are seeking a motivated and results-driven Solar Sales Closer to join our dynamic team. This role is perfect for a highly persuasive individual with experience in sales, preferably in the renewable energy or solar industry. The Solar Sales Closer will focus on converting qualified leads into customers by presenting the value and benefits of Tesla's cutting-edge solar technology solutions.
Key Responsibilities:
- Close Deals: Work with pre-qualified leads to secure sales of Tesla Solar Roofs, Powerwalls, and other solar solutions.
- Customer Consultations: Conduct in-person or virtual consultations to understand customers' energy needs and educate them on Tesla's solar products and the benefits of renewable energy.
- Proposal Development: Create and present customized solar proposals, including financial analysis, to prospective clients.
- Relationship Building: Establish and maintain long-term relationships with customers, ensuring satisfaction and fostering referrals.
- Collaborate with Teams: Work closely with lead generation, design, and installation teams to ensure a seamless customer experience.
- Stay Informed: Keep up-to-date with Tesla product advancements, industry trends, and competitive offerings to provide accurate and compelling information to clients.
Qualifications:
- Proven Sales Experience: Minimum 2 years of sales experience, preferably in the solar, renewable energy, or technology sectors.
- Strong Communication Skills: Exceptional ability to present, negotiate, and close deals effectively.
- Tech-Savvy: Comfortable using CRM systems, sales software, and digital communication tools.
- Tesla Product Knowledge (Preferred): Familiarity with Tesla Solar Roofs and Powerwalls is a plus, though training will be provided.
- Customer-Focused: Ability to empathize with customer needs and deliver tailored solutions.
- Self-Motivated: Results-oriented with a strong drive to achieve and exceed sales targets.
- Flexible Schedule: Availability to work evenings and weekends, as needed, to accommodate customer schedules.
