As an Associate Manager of Recycling, you will lead a team overseeing non-regulated waste operations, driving sustainability initiatives, and optimizing recycling processes. You will collaborate cross-functionally with site stakeholders to maximize diversion, revenue, and operational efficiency while minimizing waste.
What You'll Do
Build and develop a high-performing recycling team to exceed operational targets Foster a culture of safety, quality, and accountability through communication and action Strengthen relationships with internal stakeholders to drive sustainability goals Ensure teams receive comprehensive training and workforce development opportunities Support continuous improvement through root cause analysis and process optimization Develop and maintain standardized work practices across shifts and areas Manage vendor relationships to optimize recycling operations
What You'll Bring
5 years of experience leading teams in high-volume manufacturing, Gigafactory experience preferred Degree in Business, Engineering, or related field, or equivalent experience Ability to analyze and improve operational metrics (efficiency, quality, safety, throughput, cost) Strong organizational skills with attention to detail and ability to multitask under pressure Excellent verbal and written communication skills Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
