Tesla is seeking a 3DEXPERIENCE CAD and PLM trainer to develop and deliver comprehensive training programs to empower our engineering teams with the skills and knowledge to effectively use 3DEXPERIENCE. 3DEXPERIENCE is used by vehicle, energy, and robotics design engineers on Tesla's most exciting product lines, like Tesla Bot, Robotaxi, 4680, Semi, Roadster, and many more unannounced products. You will have a crucial role in enhancing user adoption, productivity and proficiency.

Responsibilities
- Design, develop, and maintain training materials, including presentations, user guides, video tutorials, and e-learning modules, tailored to different skill levels (beginner to advanced)
- Collaborate with engineering teams to identify training needs and tailor content accordingly
- Conduct live training sessions (in-person and virtual) on 3DEXPERIENCE, CATIA V5, and other related tools
- Lead workshops, webinars, and office hours to address specific workflows and use cases
- Act as a subject matter expert for 3DEXPERIENCE, ENOVIA and CATIA, answering user queries and providing technical guidance
- Develop FAQs and troubleshooting guides and maintain a knowledge to assist users with self service
- Maintain a structured training schedule and ensure timely delivery of sessions
- Track attendance, engagement, and user feedback to continuously improve training programs
- Partner with IT, engineering, and product management teams to ensure alignment of training programs with organizational goals
- Stay updated on software updates and enhancements, integrating them into the training curriculum

92,000 - $204,000 / annual salary cash and stock awards benefits
Pay offered may vary depending on multiple individualized factors, including market location, job-related knowledge, skills, and experience. The total compensation package for this position may also include other elements dependent on the position offered. Details of participation in these benefit plans will be provided if an employee receives an offer of employment.
