What are the responsibilities and job description for the Data Collection Supervisor, Tesla Bot (Day Shift) position at Tesla?
The Data Collection Supervisor will help manage Tesla's Optimus data collection team and be an expert on our data collection workflows. This role requires an elevated level of flexibility, ability to lead a team, review and manage data collection output. Onsite presence is required at our Palo Alto location and other surrounding facilities.
Responsibilities
- Plan and coordinate data collection schedules and activities across workflows and locations
- Monitor equipment health and performance, and be a point of contact between the data collection / engineering / technician teams
- Review / Approve operator timecards / expense reports / travel requests and schedule shifts for Data Collection Operators
- Monitor data collection metrics and use them to inform operator performance management
- Conduct regular data audits to identify and correct errors or discrepancies
- Recommend and implement process improvements or new tools to enhance data collection efficiency

84,000 - $156,000 / annual salary cash and stock awards benefits
Pay offered may vary depending on multiple individualized factors, including market location, job-related knowledge, skills, and experience. The total compensation package for this position may also include other elements dependent on the position offered.
