We are seeking a highly skilled Engineering Technician to join our Power Electronics & Energy Storage manufacturing team. As a key member of our team, you will work closely with cross-functional teams to drive continuous improvement, increase product performance, and enhance manufacturing productivity.
Responsibilities
- Collaborate with engineers to develop, test, and validate new manufacturing processes and equipment to ensure efficient production of high-quality products
- Install, qualify, and validate new equipment to meet quality and manufacturing standards
- Analyze and optimize manufacturing processes to boost productivity, reduce costs, and enhance quality
- Create and maintain accurate process documentation, including SOPs, work instructions, and process flow diagrams
- Troubleshoot manufacturing process issues, collect and analyze data, and implement corrective actions to prevent recurrence
- Train and support manufacturing staff on new processes and equipment

Expected Compensation
33.60 - $56.40 / hour cash and stock awards benefits

The total compensation package for this position may also include other elements dependent on the position offered.
