As a Low Voltage Superintendent, you will play a critical role in the construction and commissioning of the world's largest factories. This position requires a strong technical background in Instrumentation and Controls (I&C) with expertise in low-voltage systems, including data, fire alarm, and security camera installations. You will work both in the field and office, overseeing all aspects of low-voltage system installation while collaborating with cross-functional teams to ensure project success. Your responsibilities will span from overseeing estimates and field installations to project planning and team leadership.
Responsibilities
- Promote and enforce a culture of safety and quality across all project activities
- Lead, mentor, and grow a team of low-voltage technicians
- Collaborate with engineering, procurement, construction, and commissioning teams to ensure seamless integration of low-voltage systems into broader project scopes
- Troubleshoot and resolve field issues related to low-voltage systems, including I&C, data networks, fire alarm, and security camera systems
- Develop, communicate, and refine project plans, including logistics and installation strategies for low-voltage systems
- Drive adherence to project schedules, ensuring safe, timely, and budget-conscious completions
- Conduct walk-downs to identify and address technical barriers to project completion
