The ideal candidate is trustworthy and consistently demonstrates excellence.Responsibilities Coordinate with security teams and other partners during emergency and routine events, including other general customer service-related callsConduct investigative video reviews and report findingsDispatch security, fire, EMS, or other response personnel asrequiredProvide exceptional customer service while supporting external partners with requests via email and / or phoneAssist in conducting investigations and update requestors ina timely manner. Assist during afterhours with routine badging requestsMonitor fire alarm systems, investigate and document as they come in to the internal fire teamProperly document all reported incidents, notifying appropriate parties for information, escalation, or other business required actions Requirements 1 years experience in dispatch, call center, or a security operations center environmentExcellent verbal and written communication skills in English.
