Tesla's Dojo Hardware team is looking for a Physical Verification engineer to work in Palo Alto, CA. Candidate will be responsible for SoC and Block level physical verification and sign-off.
Responsibilities
- Implement physical verification flows (DRC / LVS / ERC / ANT / DFM / PERC) in advanced technology nodes
- Drive SoC level physical verification closure / sign off
- Work closely with physical design team on RDL / Bump routing and block level physical verification closure / sign off
Requirements
3-5 years of experience in physical verification - DRC, LVS, ERC, ANT, DFM, PERC running and debugging in advanced technology nodesDegree in related field or equivalent experienceExperience in RDL / Bump routing in Innovus is desiredExperience in Virtuoso / Allegro (SIP) and layout design is desiredExperience in packaging design and technology and 3D-Stack is a plusExcellent understanding of the advanced fabrication technology and DRC rule interpretation.Expertise in LVS debugging - short isolationExperience with the latest physical verification toolsStrong scripting skills (Tcl, Perl)Compensation and Benefits

Pay offered may vary depending on multiple individualized factors, including market location, job-related knowledge, skills, and experience. The total compensation package for this position may also include other elements dependent on the position offered.
