Join the LFP Production team as a Production Supervisor, leading Associates and Leads in a high-volume manufacturing environment. Collaborate cross-functionally to achieve production goals, ensure quality, and drive continuous improvement.
What You'll Do
- Lead and develop a motivated production team
- Collaborate with engineering to enhance manufacturability and productivity
- Develop training programs and support team member growth
- Oversee issue resolution and maintain quality standards
- Develop and uphold standardized Manufacturing Instructions
- Ensure safety and compliance, promoting continuous improvement
What You'll Bring
- 3 years managing teams in high-volume manufacturing ( safety protocols, troubleshooting, quality control)
- Experience in team selection and development
- Proficiency in managing production performance metrics (inventory management, lean manufacturing, project management, SOPs)
- Strong organizational and communication skills
- Flexibility to work various shifts, including nights and weekends
- Travel is required for this role, for training purposes
- Must have command of the English language, both written and verbal
