Tesla is seeking a Program Manager - Business Operations with relevant experience in the construction / facilities industry to support the buildout and operations of Tesla's facilities and infrastructure. This position will be directly responsible for working on cost optimization / controls, commercial agreement reviews, cost analysis, and driving operational efficiencies throughout the various project stages. They will act as a liaison between internal and external teams to drive overall targets and objectives.
Responsibilities
- Review vendor agreements to identify gaps and propose techniques for risk mitigation, cost savings, compliance, and other improvements
- Develop scope understanding, address gaps to improve efficiency and reduce costs, set clear goals, and oversee execution
- Analyze spend and operational data, identify trends, and propose cost optimization opportunities with actionable visualizations
- Liaise with stakeholders to ensure adherence to processes and contract terms while aligning cost control efforts with leadership
- Assess and improve processes through data analysis and stakeholder feedback

88,000 - $216,000 / annual salary cash and stock awards benefits
Pay offered may vary depending on multiple individualized factors, including market location, job-related knowledge, skills, and experience. The total compensation package for this position may also include other elements dependent on the position offered. Details of participation in these benefit plans will be provided if an employee receives an offer of employment.
