Responsibilities
- Safety and Quality Management: Exercise independent judgment and discretion to ensure the safe and efficient management of the installation team, meeting departmental goals through effective workload allocation and resource tracking.
- Team Development: Participate in recruiting, onboarding, and training new team members, providing professional development opportunities and promoting top talent within the organization.
- Customer Communication: Represent Tesla in a professional and responsible manner when interacting with customers, peers, and stakeholders, ensuring exceptional customer experience.
- Project Coordination: Develop and maintain strong working relationships with peers and stakeholders, coordinating cost-effective field installation processes and construction methods for all installation projects.
- Problem Resolution: Collect feedback, escalate issues to leadership, and work collaboratively to address staff, subcontractor, department, and customer concerns, maintaining a high level of customer satisfaction.
Requirements
- Experience: 2 years applicable experience; ideally in management, with prior experience installing Solar PV systems, managing electrical projects, residential construction, and reading construction/electrical diagrams.
- Skill Set: Must be a self-starter able to work independently, adaptable to change, and proficient in using Microsoft Office, Google Earth, and customer account management software.
- Licensing and Certifications: Possess applicable licenses and certifications.
Compensation and Benefits
We offer a competitive salary range of $68,400 - $136,800 annually, plus cash and stock awards, as well as a comprehensive benefits package, including health insurance, family-building support, dental and vision plans, company-paid life insurance, and more.
