Tesla is looking for an exceptional Sourcer to join our Manufacturing Engineering recruiting team. We bring in top engineering talent responsible for optimizing and sustaining automated manufacturing lines and developing the "machine that builds the machine". Recruiting at Tesla is challenging as hiring timelines are often compressed, but the work is exciting and highly impactful to our mission. This role is 100% onsite working out of one our manufacturing facilities where we hire our engineering talent (Reno, NV; Lathrop, CA; Buffalo, NY).
Responsibilities
Partner with recruiters and hiring managers to develop an intimate understanding of the business and their open roles
Develop sourcing strategies and talent mapping in order to effectively build a robust pipeline of diverse & qualified candidates
Take a data-driven approach to calibrate sourcing strategy and business expectations as needed
Identify, attract, and assess top talent using various tools (ATS, LinkedIn, Indeed, etc)
Partner with recruiters to provide updates to the business and senior leadership
Provide an excellent candidate interview experience
Requirements
1 years of experience of sourcing experience in a high-growth environment
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Experience with manufacturing engineering, facilities engineering is a plus
Proven background in using creative research and sourcing methods to hire for niche areas and hard to fill roles
Ability to create and maintain a healthy relationship across all functions of the company
Ability to work in ambiguity and under significant pressure with challenging deadlines
Willing to work onsite 5 days a week (Reno, NV; Lathrop, CA; Buffalo, NY)
