In Residential Energy we are always looking to make our process and products the safest, most efficient and highest quality on the market. The New Process / Product Introduction Technical Project Manager is responsible for the successful roll out of changes to existing products and processes within the Residential Energy Business. They will work closely with engineering, supply chain, demand planning and operations teams to ensure changes are successful.
Responsibilities
- Serve as key point of contact for all cross-functional changes to existing products / process
- Run Change Control Board, meeting with change owners to ensure change have well defined positive business impact prior to leadership review
- Run trials, working with operations teams and customer to select candidates. Tracking trials through systems and ensuring they are successful learning opportunities
- Support trial data analysis (with change owner) to justify move to full scale launch, manage supersession and update site design tools for successful launch
- Create and maintain reports and presentations on a regular basis focused on project schedules and budgets, using data visualization
- Engage actively with individuals and multi-functional teams to ensure that projects are done on time and within budget
- Implement process improvements and scalability tools in above areas

Expected Compensation
100,000 - $216,000 / annual salary cash and stock awards benefits
Pay offered may vary depending on multiple individualized factors, including market location, job-related knowledge, skills, and experience. The total compensation package for this position may also include other elements dependent on the position offered. Details of participation in these benefit plans will be provided if an employee receives an offer of employment.
