What To Expect
The Workplace Operations Associate is a position for a self-starter who must be extremely thorough, who possess outstanding communication skills and demonstrates diligence and devotion throughout the entire coordination process through task and project completion. It is imperative for this individual to have outstanding customer service skills and the ability to provide customers with quick solutions and ensure requests are completed in a timely manner. This individual must be able to perform “hands on” tasks such as furniture assembly and moving boxes/large items throughout the facility.
What You'll Do
Workstation setup and breakdown Event setup and breakdown Daily walkthroughs (checking common spaces and furniture resetting) New hire setups IT inventory (monitors, mice, keyboards) Ad-Hoc Requests (desktop setup, relocation) Furniture assembly and installation Forklift utilization
What You'll Bring
1 years of relevant experience in a corporate, retail, or industrial/warehouse setting Ability to lift and/or carry or push up to 35 lbs. Advanced knowledge of building/installing furniture & partition grids Excellent listening skills, organizational skills, & strong communication skills with leaders & executors Availability to work weekends/nights as needed in order to meet schedule demand under constant changing priorities/demands Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Outlook, Excel, PowerPoint, Teams), BlueBeam Revu, & competent computer skills Creating an excellent workplace may require you to take on Workplace and Facility tasks that may be beyond your typical day to day responsibilities
