Accounting Office Clerk Job Description
Duties:
- Strong understanding of basic bookkeeping, and proficiency with numbers
- Communicate with customers on a wide range of issues (via phone, fax, and email)
- Data entry, consisting of, but not limited to, ticket entry, accounts payable, accounts receivable.
-Processing paperwork, invoices, billing and payroll
Minimum Requirements:
- Experience working in the transportation/construction industry preferred
- Strong attention to detail and ability to multitask effectively
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Excel and Word
- Problem solving and analytical skills are essential
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
- Ability to work independently
- Must possess strong typing and ten key skills
