This is a dynamic role that blends operations, light bookkeeping, marketing, and research—perfect for someone who thrives in a fast-moving environment and wants to be part of a firm focused on urbanism, adaptive reuse, and thoughtful real estate development.

What You’ll Do: 

✔️ Support internal operations by managing deal tracking, deadlines, and CRM systems

✔️ Assist with receivables tracking and commission distribution

✔️ Create and manage marketing materials, presentations, and social media

✔️ Help maintain our beautiful downtown office and coordinate with vendors

✔️ Conduct property and market research to support client strategy

✔️ Contribute to a growing firm where creative problem-solving and initiative are valued

📍 Location: Birmingham, AL

🔎 What We’re Looking For: 

✔️ Exceptionally organized, with strong attention to detail

✔️ Personable, reliable, and great at juggling multiple tasks

✔️ Familiarity with Microsoft Office; marketing (Canva) or accounting (Xero) tech tools are a plus

✔️ A passion for real estate, urban redevelopment, or design

✔️ Bachelor’s degree preferred, with 2-3 years relevant experience, but demonstrated interest is just as important

✔️ Access to transportation for occasional out-of-office tasks
