They will collaborate with hiring managers to develop recruitment strategies, use job boards and social media for talent sourcing, and ensure a smooth hiring process. Additionally, they play a critical role in employer branding, maintain applicant tracking systems (ATS), and support organizational growth through effective hiring practices.
Responsibilities :
- Full-Cycle Recruitment : Manage end-to-end recruitment processes, including job postings, sourcing, screening, interviewing, and onboarding.
- Utilize job boards, social media, networking events, and employee referrals to source high-quality candidates.
- Collaborate with marketing and HR teams to enhance employer brand presence and attract top talent.
- Conduct initial screenings, coordinate interviews, and facilitate a smooth interview process.
- Collaboration with Hiring Managers : Work closely with department heads to understand hiring needs and develop effective recruitment strategies.
- Maintain accurate records and documentation in the ATS to track candidate progress.
- Negotiate job offers and facilitate the onboarding process to ensure a seamless transition for new hires.
- Stay updated on industry hiring trends and best practices to continuously improve recruitment strategies.
