We’re seeking a Loader to join our Operations Team in Kennewick, Washington. In this role, you’ll be responsible for safely loading and unloading trucks and railcars, maintaining compliance with industry regulations, and supporting plant operations. Your contributions will ensure the efficient movement of materials, keeping our supply chain running smoothly.

💰 Pay starting: $22.87 per hour

🎯 Additional Compensation: Eligible for overtime pay and annual performance-based bonuses 

What You’ll Do:

🚛 Material Handling & Logistics – Load and unload trucks and railcars according to OSHA, EPA, DOT and BOE regulations.
📑 Documentation & Compliance – Complete and sign Bill of Lading paperwork, retain samples and follow all safety protocols.
🔧 Equipment Inspection & Maintenance – Conduct routine checks on vessels and equipment to prevent downtime and ensure operational efficiency.
🦺 Safety & Emergency Preparedness – Participate in safety programs, training sessions and emergency response plans.
🛠 Support Plant Operations – Assist with facility maintenance, special projects and process improvements to keep the plant running efficiently.

Qualifications

What You Bring:

• High School Diploma or GED is required.
• Ability to lift 50 pounds and climb ladders as needed.
• Must be able to wear PPE (Personal Protective Equipment) in compliance with safety protocols.
• Strong attention to detail, with the ability to follow procedures and safety guidelines.
• Basic math and analytical skills for completing loading documentation.
• Mechanical aptitude with a willingness to learn equipment operation.
• Team-oriented mindset with strong communication skills.

Nice-to-Have:

• Forklift experience or industrial vehicle operation.
• Experience in chemical handling or plant operations.
• Previous experience loading/unloading trucks or railcars.
• Familiarity with DCS (Discrete Control Systems).
