What You’ll Do:
You’ll wear many hats in this role, including:
- Design & Analysis: Create equipment designs while considering piping, valves, structural steel and more.
- Compliance & Quality Assurance: Perform calculations, inspect equipment and ensure conformance with ASME and Tessenderlo Kerley standards.
- Documentation & Oversight: Review drawings, manage P&IDs and oversee procurement to ensure nothing gets overlooked.
- Project Support: Provide technical expertise, assist in small plant projects, and travel onsite for hands-on construction support.
Qualifications
Your Skills and Qualifications:
We’re looking for someone who has:
- A BS in Mechanical Engineering and 1-3 years of relevant experience.
- Strong communication skills to work across disciplines and with external vendors.
- Proficiency in tools like AutoCAD, CEI Vessel Design Program and Microsoft Office.
- A proactive attitude, strong decision-making skills, and a knack for managing multiple priorities.
- Knowledge of ASME, ANSI and related standards is a plus.
