Join Our Team as a Customer Service Supervisor!

As the Customer Service Supervisor, you’ll lead and mentor a team of Customer Service Specialists, ensuring exceptional service from order placement to delivery and billing. You’ll play a crucial role in optimizing business processes, resolving complex customer issues, and collaborating cross-functionally to support our strategic business goals.
What You’ll Do (Key Responsibilities) :
- Lead & Supervise : Oversee the end-to-end OTC process and provide guidance to the customer service team.
- Develop Policies & Procedures : Establish customer service best practices that align with business unit (BU) strategies and enhance satisfaction.
- Problem-Solve and Innovate : Investigate and resolve non-routine customer issues such as order discrepancies, delivery delays and service concerns.
- Process Optimization : Continuously evaluate and enhance customer service workflows, including order entry, inventory tracking and billing processes.
- Cross-Functional Collaboration : Partner with supply chain, IT, sales and finance teams to ensure smooth operations and customer satisfaction.
- Customer & System Support : Work with customers and IT teams to implement solutions, manage consignment programs and ensure data accuracy.
- Budget & Compliance Oversight : Assist in budget planning, SAP compliance and financial processes, ensuring alignment with company policies.
