Assembly Technician – Tesseract Fab
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $17.00 – $30.00 per hour (based on merit and productivity)
Schedule: Monday–Friday, 6:00 AM–2:30 PM (flexible), with overtime available
Tesseract Fab is seeking a skilled Assembly Technician to join our growing manufacturing team. This role involves assembling high-quality products by following precise instructions, ensuring quality control, completing necessary paperwork, and operating pneumatic tools. Candidates should have the ability to read blueprints, scales, and calipers to ensure accuracy in assembly and measurement.
We offer opportunities for cross-training to expand skills and contribute to team success. A basic knowledge of part assembly is preferred, along with a strong work ethic and willingness to learn. Required Skills & Qualifications:
- Ability to read and interpret blueprints to ensure accurate assembly.
- Proficiency in using scales and calipers for precise measurement and quality control.
- Basic understanding of part assembly processes.
- Familiarity with the operation of squeezers and bucking hammers is preferred.
- Strong attention to detail and ability to follow precise instructions.
- Willingness to learn, adapt, and collaborate in a team-oriented environment.
