Tesseract Fab is seeking a detail-oriented, organized, and proactive Inventory Control Specialist to support our innovative manufacturing operations. Our Inventory Control Specialists are vital to ensuring the accuracy, traceability, and proper storage of products, contributing directly to the efficiency and success of our company. This role requires a candidate with a strong sense of urgency, the ability to multi-task, and a willingness to work in a collaborative team atmosphere. Responsibilities include maintaining accurate counts, ensuring product traceability and allocation (both physical and electronic), and properly storing inventory. Additionally, the Specialist will handle shipment coordination, including working with carriers and arranging deliveries and pickups. Timely and accurate documentation is essential, as are basic computer and math skills. The ideal candidate will thrive under pressure, demonstrate assertiveness, and maintain a good driving record. Knowledge and Qualifications Requirements
- Ability to use computers and other automated tools
- Ability to read and interpret documents such as blueprints, safety rules, operating and maintenance instructions, and procedure manuals
- Ability to write routine reports and correspondence
- Ability to add, subtract, multiply, and divide in all units of measure, using whole numbers, common fractions, and decimals
- Ability to apply common sense understanding to carry out instructions furnished in written, oral, or diagram form
- Ability to deal with problems involving several concrete variables in standardized situations
- Ability to lift and carry items 50lbs.
