Tesseract Fab in in Fayetteville, AR, is looking for a diligent, organized, and resourceful Tool Crib Attendant. This position plays a critical role in managing the tools and inventory used across the facility, ensuring that all resources are available, well-maintained, and efficiently utilized. This position requires strong organizational skills and attention to detail to maintain accurate records of inventory. Communication and teamwork are essential as the Attendant works closely with authorized personnel to issue and receive tools. Our company is always in pursuit of better methods and processes to optimize storage, streamline inventory management, and support production needs. Knowledge and Qualifications Required
- Ability to use computers and other automated tools
- Ability to read and interpret documents such as blueprints, safety rules, operating and maintenance instructions, and procedure manuals
- Ability to write routine reports and correspondence
- Ability to add, subtract, multiply, and divide in all units of measure, using whole numbers, common fractions, and decimals
- Ability to apply common sense understanding to carry out instructions furnished in written, oral, or diagram form
- Ability to deal with problems involving several concrete variables in standardized situations
- While not required a knowledge of cutting tools is a plus
