Responsibilities :
- Spearhead the growth of Tessolve's Embedded Systems business in the USA.
- Cultivate relationships with potential customers (OEMs & Tier-1) aligned with Tessolve's market applications and technological focus, converting leads into opportunities.
- Oversee the entire sales process from lead qualification to securing design / project contracts.
- Collaborate closely with engineering teams to deliver tailored proposals and quotations, ensuring alignment with customer needs.
- Maintain accurate forecasts and deal statuses in the company’s CRM system.
- Strategize and expand the opportunity pipeline to meet business targets.
- Develop and execute sales strategies for key accounts within the business unit.
- Support regional marketing events to drive brand awareness and generate new business.
- Foster partnerships with software and hardware vendors to enhance business channels.
- Provide market insights to the engineering team for informed technology development and long-term business growth.
- Ensure sales activities uphold business margins and profitability.
